Every evening, we awaken one form of Devi by chanting Her mantras.
Chant the preliminary mantras followed by the main mantra of the day.

Every morning, we complete our invocation of the Devi by performing a Yagna with Her mantras.

If you miss a day, your Sadhana is compromised. If, however, you are unable to perform the Yagna on a particular day, you may repeat that day’s Japa and continue your Sadhana.
Anyone over the age of 12 is welcome to perform the Sadhana (including those on their menstrual cycle).
